“You know that saying “what a difference a day makes” well lets rewrite that to “what a difference a session with Therese makes”. Both my daughter (17) and I had a very calming, relaxing experience. Therese has a beautiful nature. She is so considerate and understanding. She is a very professional and competent reiki practitioner and counsellor. I really felt that she understood my concerns and I felt listened to. My daughter said she connected with Therese very easily and Therese made her feel very at ease. She is currently in Leaving Cert and is facing a heavy year of study. I know that Therese will be a wonderful support to her in teaching her how to manage and alleviate her stress/anxiety levels and help her to reach her full potential. On an additional note, I have had very restless sleep pattern over the last 10 years. Last night was the the first straight through 8 hour sleep I have had in all that time.
